Prize Giving will be held on Sunday 14th March 2010.

The competition will be played under the Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and bye the Local Rules of the Dainfern Golf Club.

36 hole Strokeplay Championship and 36 hole Betterball Championship

Open to all members who are handicapped at Dainfern with a handicap of 16 and lower. Acceptance of entries will be on the basis of priority of application and Dainfern reserves all rights to limit the field to 160 players. The decision of the Tournament Committee as to the acceptance or the refusal of any entry shall be final.

C DIVISION QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: Open to all members who are handicapped at Dainfern with a handicap of 17 or higher.Acceptance of entries will be on the basis of priority of application and Dainfern reserves all rights to limit the field to 160 players. The decision of the Tournament Committee as to the acceptance or the refusal of any entry shall be final.

A Division (0 – 9)
B Division ( 10 – 16 )
C Division (17 – 36)

R 500 per player, (Entries will only be accepted once payment is made)

Only written or faxed cancellations will be accepted and if received after the closing date no refund will be made.

Entries close at noon on Tuesday the 23rd February 2010.

The draw will be conducted by the Tournament Committee. Any competitor who is absent from the tee when called upon to start will be liable for disqualification or penalty under Rule 6-3. The draw will be available in the Golf Office and on the website www.dainfern.co.za.

Only caddies supplied by Dainfern Country Club may be used.
